Morocconoil Repair and Protect Launch

What we did:

To celebrate the launch of Moroccanoils’s new Perfect Defense and Moroccanoil Mending Infusion into the New Zealand market, Publicity PR held a stunning midday event at the Thievery Studios. Attendees included an intimate number of the most influential beauty media and influencers in Auckland.

On arrival, guests were greeted by the Publicity PR team before taking a seat in the presentation area. The dynamic and inspiring Moroccanoil #Fearlessbeauty video was displayed on a large screen opening the presentation, followed by an inspirational and motivating talk by Jessica Quinn, sharing her inspiring story of overcoming adversity.

Moroccanoil Hair Ambassador Peter Beckett demonstrated the two new Repair and protect products, closing the presentation by inviting all guests to the styling table equipped with Morrocanoil products to partake in hair styling by himself and Moroccanoil hair expert Violet Sainsbury.

Guests enjoyed a delectable grazing table, a range of fresh cold-press juices and were encouraged to have their photo taken in front of a photo wall with a personalised #Fearlessbeauty sign sharing when they individually feel fearless.

On departure, all guests received gift bags containing Moroccanoil’s Perfect Defense and Mending Infusion products alongside product information.

Results:

The event proved a success gaining much social media coverage consisting of positive feedback by media and VIP’s in attendance. According to Michiko Hylands (Herald On Sunday), it was a “wonderful, gorgeous event that was informative, funny, honest and inspiring. Love the new products so much”.

Trudi Brewer (Beauty EQ) noted the event was “luxe looking and perfectly executed. Great info, talent and on time which is always a bonus”.
